Professor Christian Kaunert of the International Centre for Policing and Security (ICPS) at the University of South Wales (USW) has established a new Jean Monnet Network on European Union (EU) Counter Terrorism, which is based at the ICPS, USW and will  have a strong international dimension by drawing upon long-established and emergent collaborations with researchers from the United Kingdom (UK), Europe, Israel and North Africa, with the aim of being recognised as a global leader in the field.
